Friday afternoon, Washington police officers arrested 55 year old Danny R. Christenberry of Washington on a Martin County warrant. A WPD detective observed Christenberry parked outside a residence on E. Van Trees. Reports say Christenberry was taken into custody without incident. However, during the arrest, Washington Police Officers located approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine, prescription pills, and paraphernalia. Christenberry now faces additional charges of Dealing Methamphetamine. Besides Washington Police Officers, Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies assisted in the arrest.
