An Orange County man was arrested following an investigation into his possession of child pornography. The arrest came after detectives from the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task force in Sellersburg received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in July 2023. Subsequent investigations led to a search warrant being issued for an address in western Orange County, which was executed on Thursday, January 4. Orange County Deputies arrested 36-year-old Brandon Lee Alexander on April 1 for five counts of possession of child pornography, each a level 5 felony. Alexander was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Orange County Jail.
