A Wheatland man was arrested early Monday morning on an OVWI charge in Daviess County. Indiana State Police say Trooper Aaron Guzman conducted a traffic stop on County Road 150 North near Washington after observing unsafe driving behavior. During the stop, the driver, identified as 39-year-old Andrew Goforth, showed signs of impairment. Goforth was taken to Daviess Community Hospital for a chemical test and later transported to the Daviess County Jail. He is charged with operating while intoxicated. The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
