Washington Catholic 6th Graders Secure Spot in VEX Robotics World Championship

Washington Catholic’s Cardinal VEX IQ Competition team 61531A secured a spot in the REC Foundation’s VEX Robotics World Championship after placing 20th at the Indiana State Robotics Competition in Indianapolis. The team, comprised of all 6th graders, will compete against the best teams from across the country and around the world at the culminating event of the season, sponsored by the Northrop Grumman Foundation. The VEX IQ Competition fosters student development of teamwork, collaboration, critical thinking, project management, and communication skills required to prepare them to become the next generation of innovators and problem solvers.
