Emergency crews responded to a personal injury accident Tuesday night at the intersection of Southeast 11th Street and East National Highway in Washington. Authorities say the call came in just after 10:00 p.m. after a vehicle reportedly struck a person riding an electric bike. The victim suffered non life threatening injuries. Washington Police, Washington Fire Department, and EMS responded, and the injured individual was transported to Daviess Community Hospital for treatment. The incident remains under investigation.
